Hummingbirds are back

It has been so dry this summer. I can't believe all the trees that are dying. We didn't have very many hummingbirds at all this spring. But they have come back and more than we have ever seen.

January Blues

We made it through the holidays. We had Thanksgiving at our house. We had enough food to last a week. But it was good.

We invited Mom for Christmas. Rod went and picked Mom up and brought her down. Kevin and Bryan and Natalie came. We had a very nice time. Mom had a good time visiting with the boys.
Glenda and Philip went to Puerto Rico. They were island hopping.

Kevin is in Alberta Canada on a ski trip. He went with his friends, Dale and David. I just heard from him and he said that he skied every day and didn't get hurt. One evening it got down to -20. Brrrrrrrrr I guess that's why we live in Texas.
